Thursday night was a fun Halloween show with Dee Snyder’s "Van Helsing’s Curse" at the Emerald Theatre. As you can see some of the fans were in the seasonal spirit. The show is a mix of classical music, rock & roll, creepy themes and Dee Snyder narrates it all.

I got to host the pre-show party at Johnny G’s as well, and got to meet a lot of very kind WRIF listeners, who stopped by for some great food, conversation and to spend a few minutes with Dee and grab an autograph.

I also got a call last night from former Kid Rock guitarist Kenny Olson. He has been very busy and he & his new band Flask are planning to be in town in mid December. Kenny is a great guitarist, and I’ll be sure to get him back in the Chop Shop.

One final note. Sabrina made it home from the hospital. We still have to make daily trips back and forth for the radation treatments, but it's great to have her home!

Black out.
